How many guests can the venue accommodate?

The Sinclair Room can host up to 300 guests for a seated dinner and up to 400 for a standing reception, depending on the space and layout configuration.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes — we welcome outside caterers. We also maintain a list of preferred catering partners who are familiar with our kitchen and facilities if you need a recommendation.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol is permitted at The Sinclair Room. All alcohol service must be handled by a licensed and insured bartender or catering company. A licensed bar service is available through our preferred vendor list.

Is there a preferred vendor list?

There is not currently a preferred vendor list. You are welcome to bring in the vendors of your choice.

How long is the rental period?

Rental periods vary by package. Most full-day rentals include up to 12 hours of access. Hourly rentals are available in 2-hour minimums. Contact us for specific availability and timing.

Is setup time included in the rental?

Setup and breakdown time is included in your rental window. If you require additional time for elaborate décor or production, extended access can be arranged for an additional fee.

Are tables and chairs provided?

Yes — tables and chairs are included with every rental at no additional cost. We offer round tables, and white folding chairs for your event.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit amount varies by package and is applied toward your total balance. Full payment details are outlined in your rental agreement.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 90 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 90 days may forfeit the deposit. Please review your contract for full terms.

Is parking available?

Yes — complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. Our lot accommodates large events, and overflow parking options are nearby for exceptionally large gatherings.
